Exchange Policy:

Products cannot be exchanged, but they can be returned according to the terms of the return policy. Replacement products can be ordered from the store as a new order.

We are available to assist you via this number from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except on Fridays. We do not accept any voice, video, or other calls, to preserve your right to record the conversation via WhatsApp messages.
Follow the steps in the link, and our customer service representatives will issue a return slip. You can then print it, attach it to the package you wish to return, and hand it over to the nearest branch of the shipping company. We will track the shipment until it arrives at our warehouse.
