A. Cancellation Policy "Your right to cancel:

B. Return Policy "Your right to return:

By following the steps in the link, a shipping policy will be issued by our customer service representatives, and then you can print it and paste it on the package to be returned and deliver it to the nearest branch of the shipping company, and we will track the shipment until it arrives at our warehouses
2- After receiving the products from the shipping company, we will examine them and inform you of the result through our customer service representatives, and then a request to refund the amount paid will be submitted to the bank account used for payment within 3 working days. The refund date may vary according to the bank and may take up to "14 days". You can return the products through our branches, all return terms apply, but you will not bear the value of the shipping fees 25 riyals for each package.
C. Exchange Policy:
Products cannot be exchanged, but can be returned according to the terms of the return policy, and
